1. Take any picture, including color, and put it into your HyperCard stack
as a PICT resource. This can be done with ResEdit, Color Tools, or other
various programs. Make sure the PICT has a name.
2. Create a new button in your stack. Make it transparent style. From the
message box, set its icon to -1, like this:
set the icon of card button "whatever" to -1
3. Change the name of the button to match the name of your PICT resource.
4. The PICT will appear in your stack where the button is, in black and
white.
5. Now select Print Stack from the File menu. Make sure High-Quality
Printing is checked. If it isn't, you'll need to check it and print out
something from that dialog (all marked cards at 4 cards per page, perhaps?).
6. As long as High-Quality Printing is checked, any time the PICT button
gets printed out, no matter how you do it (Print Card, Print Stack, print
command in a HyperTalk script), it will print out in color.
